UC-COE Congratulates New Registered Sanitary Engineers

The University of the Cordilleras (UC) celebrates the success of eight of its graduates who passed the Sanitary Engineers Licensure Examination (SELE) held in August 2026, earning the professional title of Registered Sanitary Engineer (RSE).

The new RSEs are Engr. Shaven Kaye Andrada Abulencia, Engr. Leonard Lumbag Ayan, Engr. Junivy Maquiwe Magranga, Engr. Danry Dumugon Mondiguing, Engr. Iva Angela Simeon Pasule, Engr. Lowyn Dave Cubit Patinglag, Engr. Emily Lea Abibico Ramel, and Engr. Regine Lao-Anes Wasit.

Their successful performance in the licensure examination marks a significant milestone in their professional journey and reflects their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence throughout their years of study and preparation.

The achievement also highlights UC’s commitment to preparing competent and socially responsible engineering professionals equipped to address critical concerns in public health, environmental protection, sanitation, and sustainable development.

As they begin their careers as licensed professionals, the new Registered Sanitary Engineers are expected to contribute their knowledge and expertise toward creating healthier, safer, and more sustainable communities.

The UC College of Engineering – Environmental and Sanitary Engineering (EnSE) joins the entire university community in congratulating the newest RSEs and their families, mentors, and peers who supported them throughout their journey.

UC takes pride in their accomplishment and looks forward to witnessing the contributions they will make to the engineering profession and to society.
